SISSY is the little apple head Chihuahua who was living in a car with a cat with homeless people.. then taken to the police Dept and left because they could not take care of her… 🙁 …. SISSY HAD a huge tumor on her abdomen that turned out to be a hernia.. THAT is fixed and SISSY was spayed and had a complete dental cleaning ( one canine tooth was extracted- thus her tongue hangs out one side)…. She is now all UP TO DATE on all Vaccinations… She has been going home with me at night.. SISSY also has bilateral patella subluxations of both hind legs. The Vet does NOT recommend surgical repair.. so, she walks a little wonky…SHE cannot get up or down stairs and must be carried… SISSY is 12 years old and Weighs only 4 Lbs… 
She was sooo sweet but then the TRUE Chihuahua personality came out… SISSY growls and chases other dogs from time to time and guards her food – she also steals other dogs’ food. She has not bitten any dog or human.. She just wants to ACT out as being mean. OH SISSY !  She will sleep in my arms and knows how to give paw and wrestle. Good thing she is cute huh? 
SISSY needs a home that KNOWS how to contend with a sassy little infirm Chihuahua. She would LOVE to snuggle with you… but because of her leg issues you cannot allow her to jump off of a bed or couch.. She IS pee pad trained and that is great in this cold weather. She has a very strong heart and many more years of life ahead of her.. SO, knowing all of this information.. Is SISSY perhaps the girl for YOU? She thinks she is.. 
We know she lived with a cat… but, is she food aggressive because the cat was eating her food??? We will never know.. All I DO know is that SHE is as cute as can Be …and VERY snuggly… PLEASE CONSIDER ADOPTING SISSY… GET Your adoption application in – get it approved and we will set up a one on one meet and greet with her….
