THREE dogs found by a kind hearted person and rushed to ISHAS.. One was only a puppy and was taken to another rescue that has Foster homes and deals with a lot of puppies. ISHAS has the Senior girl and Teenager.. They are sweet as they can be but need A LOT of medical attention.. It appears they were breeder dogs and never vetted.
